Colorado Office of Economic Development and International Trade (OEDIT) advances the state’s economy through financial and technical programs under the leadership of the Governor and Executive Director. Colorado Department of Human Services (CDHS) connects Colorado citizens to assistance, resources, and support for living independently in the state. Colorado has a state-supervised and county-administered human services system: Office of Adult, Aging, and Disability Services; Office of Civil and Forensic Mental Health; Office of Children, Youth, and Families; Office of Economic Security; Community Partnerships; Administrative Solutions; Financial Services; Legislative Affairs. 


Avalon is the only incorporated city on Santa Catalina Island, in the California Channel Islands, and the southernmost city in Los Angeles County. The city is a resort community with the waterfront dominated by tourism-oriented businesses. It is only one-square mile in size and everything is within walking distance. 


The City of Veneta (Pop. 5,271) is located in the midst of a largely rural, recreation-oriented, and forested area about twelve miles west of Eugene, Oregon. Veneta is a small, progressive community with tremendous growth potential where residents appreciate healthy lifestyles, cultural diversity, and the arts. 


Oregon Cascades West Council of Governments (OCWCOG) is a voluntary association of twenty cities, three counties, the Confederated Tribes of the Siletz Indians, and a port district. It serves as a forum for cross-jurisdictional cooperation and provides a wide array of services and resources to help communities solve problems and connects member governments, businesses, and individuals.


The Cosumnes Community Service District serves an estimated 190,680 South Sacramento County residents in a 157-square-mile area. Its award-winning parks and recreation services, including the operation of more than 90 parks, operate exclusively within the Elk Grove community. It provides fire protection and emergency medical services for the cities of Elk Grove and Galt and unincorporated areas of South Sacramento County. 


The Housing Authority of the County of Santa Cruz provides affordable housing to thousands of low-income individuals and families each year. Their mission is to promote access to quality affordable housing, utilize housing as a platform for improving quality of life, and support inclusive, healthy, and sustainable communities free from discrimination.


The National Association of Housing and Redevelopment Officials (NAHRO) is a membership organization of more than 19,500 housing and community development providers and professionals throughout the United States. NAHRO members create and manage affordable housing for low- and middle-income families, and support vibrant communities that enhance the quality of life for all. They administer more than 3 million homes for more than 8 million people.


Tri Delta Transit, formally the Eastern Contra Costa Transit Authority, is a joint powers agency of the governments of Pittsburg, Antioch, Oakley, Brentwood, and Contra Costa County that provides bus service for the eastern area of Contra Costa County, California. Tri Delta Transit local buses connect to the BART rapid transit system, County Connection bus service, WestCAT bus service, Delta Breeze bus service, and Amtrak. In 2021, the system had a ridership of 905,800.


The Mass Transportation Authority is the government operator of public mass transportation based in Flint, Michigan. It provides local bus services in Genesee County and commuter bus services to Oakland, Livingston, Lapeer, Ingham, and Saginaw counties.


Cherriots – Salem Area Mass Transit District is a public agency providing 64 bus services over a 76 square mile area in Salem, Keizer, and the mid-Willamette Valley in Oregon. Its mission is to provide safe, friendly, and reliable public transportation services.


As the largest public transportation provider in the state of Indiana, The Indianapolis Public Transportation Corporation (IPTC) is a Municipal Corporation the company was chartered by the city ordinance to provide public transportation for the City of Indianapolis, Marion County, the Town of Speedway and the City of Beech Grove.


Spokane Transit Authority, or STA, is the public transport authority of central Spokane County, Washington, United States, serving Spokane, Washington, and its surrounding urban areas. It provides Fixed Route bus service on 41 different routes within the PTBA, which is comprised of 248 square miles within Spokane County. STA operates 147 buses, 28 of which are hybrid (diesel-electric) vehicles. 


TheBus is the public bus transportation service on the island of Oahu, Hawaii, in the United States.  TheBus has a ridership of approximately 69.2 million boardings annually on its fleet of 542 buses and 180 paratransit vehicles, providing daily service on 110 routes. TheBus is privately managed by the nonprofit Oʻahu Transit Services Inc., which operates the system under a public-private partnership with the City and County of Honolulu Department of Transportation Services.


County of Boulder, the Resource Conservation Division strives to lead and promote actions that will help Boulder County reach its goal of Zero Waste by 2025. Its mission is to provide convenient, cost-effective facilities and programs to help Boulder County reduce waste disposal, protect the environment, and conserve natural resources.


The Wyoming State Hospital (WSH) provides quality active treatment. The range of services it offers has earned the hospital the highest accreditation awarded by the Commission for the Association of Rehabilitation Facilities (CARF), and it is widely recognized throughout Wyoming and the nation. 


Luna Community College (LCC) is the only community college in northeastern New Mexico. It has satellite centers in the towns of Santa Rosa, Springer, and Mora. LCC is accredited by the Higher Learning Commission (HLC) of the North Central Association of Colleges and Schools (NCA). 


Salt Lake Community College is Utah’s largest college with the most diverse student body. It serves more than 60,000 students on 10 campuses and with online classes. SLCC offers over 200 degree and certificate programs in academic, technical, and vocational fields. It is accredited by the Northwest Association of Schools and Colleges.
